People seek therapy for many reasons. You might be feeling lost, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Perhaps you’re navigating challenges in your relationships, career, or personal growth and are searching for clarity and relief. Maybe life transitions, past experiences, or deep emotions feel too heavy to carry alone.
Whatever brings you here, know that you don’t have to face it by yourself. At LifeBloom Therapy, we provide a compassionate, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, gain new insights, and develop the tools to move forward with confidence and ease. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful growth and healing—at a pace that feels right for you.
At LifeBloom Therapy, we are dedicated to empowering individuals, couples, and families to create meaningful, lasting change. We believe in your innate ability to grow, heal, and transform. Our approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based therapy, and personalized guidance, helping you break free from limiting patterns and build a more fulfilling life.
We welcome individuals and couples of all backgrounds, races, religions, sexual orientations, gender identities, and cultures. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore challenges, overcome obstacles, and cultivate deeper, more authentic connections—with yourself and those around you.
Wherever you are in life, we are here to walk alongside you.
Pronounced "kay-sha!" As a therapist and owner of LifeBloom Therapy, my goal is simple: to provide a safe space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to navigate life's many twists and turns. Seeing people move from pain to openness, from disconnection to reconnection, from breakdown to thriving again, has been such a privilege - I am so deeply committed to and fulfilled by this work and it has been a great joy working with a team of therapists who share in that passion.
In addition to providing psychotherapy, I am an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University, and consult with a wide range of professionals on issues within psychology. I also provide supervision to associates who are working towards licensure in California.
When I'm not in the therapist's chair, you can probably find me curled up reading a book about some dystopian future, or baking a dessert that likely turns out almost inedible, or enjoying a picnic with loved ones at the beach!
