Hi, I am so happy you are here. My priority is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and free to be fully yourself. I believe it is the authentic connection between therapist and client that makes healing possible, so our relationship is always at the heart of our work.
I work with teens and adults navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, trauma, addiction, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My clients report leaving sessions with a feeling of relief, a stronger sense of self-confidence, and coping skills and actionable steps to use long after therapy has concluded.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I draw from CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and problem solving, and integrate practices like journaling, mindfulness and movement. I love this work, and I love helping people rediscover their strength and resilience.

- Go-to coffee order

- Perfect day off
- No alarm and nowhere I have to be, coffee somewhere new, a long walk, a can't-put-it-down book, really good food, intention setting and journaling, quality time with my people, and watching the sunset on the beach, preferably surrounded by live music.
- A small thing that brings me joy
- Fresh flowers, clean sheets, the perfect song for the moment, belly laughing with someone I love, sunrises and sunsets.
- Meal I could eat forever
- Give me a buffet with sushi, pasta, and a really good steak.
