Perhaps you have spent a lot of time trying to understand yourself. Why you overthink, why certain relationships are so difficult, and why you keep finding yourself in the same patterns. You feel confused and overwhelmed by things you "should" feel excited or happy about. Therapy will be a space to slow down, get curious about what's underneath those patterns, and begin building a relationship with yourself that feels more grounded and trusting.
Together, we'll explore the ways your relationships, family experiences, emotions, and past experiences have shaped how you move through the world. I draw from attachment-based, relational, somatic, and parts-oriented approaches to help you better understand yourself while creating meaningful change in the present. For couples and families, I focus on strengthening connection, communication, and emotional safety while making space for each person's experience.
I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and human. You don't need to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. My hope is that our work together gives you a place to be honest, curious, and fully yourself, and ultimately helps you feel more connected to yourself and the people who matter most.
