Victoria Soneff, MA, AMFT

Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, AMFT #152680

Supervised by Keisha Libbrecht, LMFT #119480

You are self aware, yet you are not feeling the way you would hope to. Maybe you feel paralyzed by your to-do list, replay conversations in your head, or wonder why your relationships do not go the way you would hope. You journal, you notice patterns, you have done the work, yet you still feel stuck, too hard on yourself, or disconnected from others. Sometimes it takes your body sending a signal before you realize how much stress you have been carrying.

Together, we will build tools to help calm and care for your nervous system between our sessions, while making sense of present-day patterns with real context from your story. We will turn toward your emotions and body, not just your thoughts, so you can feel less overwhelmed and meet yourself with more compassion.

I create a warm, judgment-free space to explore what is going on for you. My approach affirms neurodivergence, all relationship structures, and every part of who you are. Clients often leave our work with a stronger sense of self, reduced anxiety and depression, improved communication and relationships, and a clearer sense of direction and purpose.
