You may appear capable, grounded, or put together on the outside, while inside you feel anxious, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted. Perhaps you are holding a lot: past wounds, unspoken needs, or the pressure to keep functioning. Yet you feel unsure how to slow down or truly tend to yourself. Therapy can be a space to pause and gently reconnect with the parts of you that have been quietly longing for relief or understanding.
I support individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Together, we will focus on more than symptom relief to better understand the patterns, experiences, and relationships that shape how you move through the world. My goal is to help you build greater emotional awareness, reconnect with your authentic self, and move toward a life that feels more aligned, grounded, and fulfilling.
I am here to provide a warm, inviting space where you are welcome to show up just as you are. We will gently explore what weighs on your heart and move at a pace that feels safe, honoring your nervous system and lived experiences.

Off the Clock
Beyond the Therapy Room
A speed round of a few of Keila's favorite things.
- Go-to coffee order
- A matcha latte most days, or an espresso tonic when I need a little extra boost.
- Comfort rewatch
- Friends – I love New York, the early-2000s nostalgia, and living vicariously through the characters.
- Current hobby
- Staying active, whether that’s at the gym, dancing the night away at a concert, or snowboarding during the winter.
- Perfect day off
- Starting my morning with a walk on the beach or browsing a farmers market, grabbing brunch with friends, unwinding at home, and making a new recipe for dinner–with a sweet treat to end the night.
- Unpopular opinion
- The book is almost always better than the movie.
- Hidden talent
- Fishing! I grew up fishing with my family, and we still take annual trips to Hawai’i and Mammoth Lakes.
