You are powering through, but your fuse is shorter than ever, and you barely recognize the anxious, exhausted woman snapping at the people she loves. Maybe it is worst the week before your period, or it has been this way since the baby came. You hold yourself to impossible standards and feel like you are failing all of them. Or maybe you and your partner keep having the same fight, and you have never felt so alone right next to each other.
Whether you are expecting, in the disorienting season of new motherhood, or facing the monthly upheaval of PMDD, we will ease your anxiety, make sense of your moods, and help you communicate so you actually feel supported. For couples, we will untangle the patterns keeping you stuck and rebuild closeness.
I believe healing happens through our relationship as you experience feeling truly seen, maybe for the first time. That is why I show up as a real person, gently sharing what comes up for me when it might help. Once we have built trust and safety, we will go deeper, so old ways of coping can loosen their grip. This work takes courage, but you do not have to be fearless to begin. Wherever you are starting from, I would love to meet you there.
