Meet Keisha

Anxiety & Relationship Therapist in Los Angeles

Keisha Libbrecht, LMFT

Founder and Clinical Supervisor

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, LMFT #119480

Your mind replays conversations long after they have ended. Dating feels exhausting, disagreements leave you spiraling, and no amount of reassurance seems to settle the question of whether things are actually okay. You are tired of second-guessing yourself, of keeping everyone else comfortable, of letting fear make your decisions.

My focus is high-functioning anxiety and attachment: how earlier relationships shaped what you expect from people now, and what it takes to build self-trust that does not depend on someone else's reassurance. Sessions draw on Emotionally Focused Therapy, ACT, CBT and psychodynamic work.

I have spent more than ten years working with adults and couples. Most of my hours now go to supervising the LifeBloom team, and most new clients begin with one of our associate therapists, each of whom works under the supervision of a licensed clinician here. I keep a small number of openings for individuals and couples. Either way, we start with a free consultation and match you with the person who fits what you are working on.
