I'm so glad you're here. As your therapist, my mission is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or navigating life transitions, I'm here to support you.
I work collaboratively with my clients to understand their unique needs and challenges. My approach is holistic, incorporating a range of therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic therapy. I also draw on mindfulness tools, movement, and breathwork to help you cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness and self-regulation.
My goal is to help you develop a stronger sense of self-confidence and self-awareness, as well as practical coping skills and actionable steps to navigate life's challenges. I believe in your ability to grow and create lasting, meaningful change, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.
